After a spontaneous book idea fell into her head while studying abroad, Lily Margot has dedicated her career to her childhood dream- creating impactful stories. Over the past two and a half years, Lily has brought her novel through 7 drafts of intensive edits and plans to self-publish her debut novel, The Uprooting, in December 2025.

Along the journey to publication, Lily found helping fellow writers with their stories to be a fulfilling addition to her career. After completing professional training from the Editorial Freelancers Association, Lily now works as a freelance Developmental Editor, where she helps writers dive into revisions with confidence and fall in love with their story more.
